A complimentary consultation is not the same as a full diagnostic hearing assessment.
A comprehensive diagnostic hearing assessment is a clinical appointment performed by a Doctor of Audiology. The starting fee is $90. If you purchase hearing aids from us within 60 days, that fee is applied toward your hearing aid purchase.

Yes. Newmarket Hearing Clinic Prices apply equally to all patients, whether you’re visiting from Newmarket, Aurora, East Gwillimbury, or anywhere in York Region.
Does OHIP cover any of these costs?
OHIP does not cover most private audiology services provided in our
clinic. However, you may qualify for funding through the
Ontario Assistive Devices Program (ADP),
which can help cover part of the cost of hearing aids for eligible
residents.
Is the hearing screening really free?
Yes. Hearing screenings and consultations at Newmarket Hearing
Clinic are always free, with no obligation to purchase anything
afterward.
Do hearing aid prices include follow-up care?
In many cases, yes. Depending on your funding eligibility (ADP or private insurance), certain fitting, programming, and follow-up services may be included at no additional cost. Our team can confirm your exact coverage during your consultation.
